                 I didn't graduate from LHS.  I went there during the first year '59-'60.  My father passed

                 away in December 1959 and my Mother and I moved to Florida around February 1960. 

                 Previously I attended Central Elementary in Valdosta and Naylor in the 7th and 8th grade.

                  I still remember a lot of friends from those days.

                 I now live in Blounts Creek, N.C. about 80 miles east of Raleigh. I'm retired but worked for

                 SPRINT as a telecommunications engineer for 38 years. I have been married to the same

                 wonderful lady for 41 years and have two beautiful daughters and 3 grandchildren. Most of

                 my time is spent working in my church, with my family, fishing or playing Golf, a game I 

                 dearly love.

                 Rochester NY . Found you site while browsing. I graduated in 1963. I will scan the seniors

                  and e-mail you.  What a nice surprise finding you all. I moved back to NY right after

                 graduating from Lowndes Co. in '63 and Valdosta Vocational Technical School in '64. I did

                 attend the reunion about three years ago but hardly recognized anyone and hardly anyone

                  recognized me! It would be nice to hear from some of you. I miss the friendliness of the

                 people of Valdosta.  I feel like I have a connection now to the people from the South. I

                 miss you all.   I have been married for 32 years (June 18 - anniversary). I had four children.

                  My youngest daughter died in 1989 after battling  leukemia for almost seven years - she

                 was 11 years old. I'd be glad to talk to any other bereaved parents. My surviving children

                 are Darcy, Melissa and David. Just had a third granddaughter born June 1.  I work as the

                 school secretary in a parochial school here in Rochester.

                 Served in the military from 1965-1969. Served my time in Vietnam. Came to Colorado from

                  Nam. Met my wife and married her in 1968, Have 2 sons who have given me 5

                 grandchildren.  Retired from Coors Brewing Company Jan, 2003. Started a new career

                 soon after as I was not ready for the retired life yet.  Haven't been able to attend any of our

                  reunions, but plan to attend the 40th.

                 and have two grown and wonderful sons.  I am presently working as a registered nurse in

                 Santa Barbara, California.

                 I started college at valdosta state; got married to Vernon field.(Vernon died on May 15,

                 1978). We have one daughter Ginger field neece (married to jack neece,jr.) they live in

                 tallahasse, fl. and have two children - Ciera & Trey. After Vernon died I went back to

                 college graduated in 1980 with a bBA in Business. i remarried and we have a daughter

                 leigh who is in college at toccoa falls. I have been divorced for 11 years. i currently work at

                  lowndes county department of family & children services as an accountant

                 paraprofessional. i have lived in valdosta all this time and currently live in dasher as most

                 of you might know on the way to twin lakes (highway 41 south).

                 Married Charles George and had 2 sons, Jamie (30) and Chris (25).  divorced in 1996 and

                 remarried Marvin Pollock in 1998.  Worked for Child Support Recovery for 13 years and

                 now I work at the Probate court in the Lowndes County Courhouse.  I am a Deputy clerk

                 and have been here now for 7 years and hope to retire here.  I'm so glad to know that we

                 have a website like this about LCHS.  All my classmates please e-Mail me.

                 Graduated from Valdosta State in 1967 and moved to Atlanta (couldn't wait to leave

                 home.) The late 60's was a great time to be single in Atlanta. Met my husband (Jack) on a

                  blind date and married him six months later in June, 1970. We lived in Chicago for two

                 years (it's cold up there) and then moved back to the Atlanta area. We lived in East Cobb

                 County and raised two sons, John and Kevin. Jack died from colon cancer in 1995 not

                 long after our 25th anniversary. I moved back to Valdosta in 2000 and am glad I did. I

                 guess you can go home again, and the traffic is so much better down here. I work as an

                 Administrative Assistant for the Valdosta*Lowndes Recreation, Parks & Community

                 Affairs Department.

                 I have been married to my Husband, Bruce, for 33 years.  We have four wonderful kids -

                 Michelle, Beverly, Michael and Meghan. We live in Beach Park, Illinois (50 miles north of

                 Chicago. I worked raising our 4 kids, then did temporary work with Baxter and have

                 worked with Baxter Healthcare for 5 years Full Time as a Senior executive Assistant.  I

                 graduated in 1963 and would love to hear from anyone.  I think of some of my dear friends

                 who I was close to in High school often and wonder where you are!  I stay busy with work,

                 family and our Church (Church of Christ - I attended Central Ave Church of Christ in

                 Valdosta.)  Love to hear from anyone!!
