Dear Classmates:

A quick update on the reunion plans.

Friday, October 6th - Tailgate and football game at LHS. Tailgate from 6-7 between the lunchroom and I-75. 7:30 on Friday night, LHS will recognize the entire 1980 state championship football team on the field. You may purchase your tickets for the game from me at the tailgate or from the central office anytime during the week of the reunion. At the central office, tell them you are with the LHS Class of 1981 reunion so they give you the correct ticket. We will be sitting in the band section in Section F. I will take the remaining tickets to the "main" ticket window at the stadium when I leave the tailgate. Please note the past couple games have been completely sold out by 7:30 so if you do not get your ticket from me or earlier in the week, you may not get a ticket to the game. If you are a season ticket holder, you may use your season ticket and come to Section F.

Saturday Night - Valdosta Country Club at 7:00 P.M., heavy hors d’ oeuvres will be served. The band will begin playing between 8 and 8:30. Dress is somewhat casual, just no jeans.

If you have not sent your money and biography sheet and would like to come to the reunion, please e-mail me or give me a call asap. There is still time for you to come and join in the fun.

I can't wait until next week to see everbody. For those of you traveling back to South Georgia for the reunion, be safe.
